Royal Caribbean’s new Utopia of the Seas ship will sail out of Florida’s Port Canaveral next summer and primarily offer 3-night and 4-night cruises to the Bahamas, the company has announced.
Utopia of the Seas will be the first of the Oasis class ships to offer such short getaways. Trips will include stops at CocoCay – the cruise line’s private island in the Bahamas and the site of its new adults-only Hideaway Beach.
Bookings opened June 23.

Utopia of the Seas will offer guests access to five pools, including a sloping beach-entry pool, as well as an adults-only solarium, more than 20 dining opens, more than 20 different bars and entertainment spots, two casinos, live entertainment venues and an ice-skating rink.
The private island CocoCay features 13 waterslides, a swim-up bar, pools, overwater cabanas and more.

Utopia of the Seas also will be the first Oasis Class ship to be powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG), the cleanest-burning marine fuel to date.
